- Create, lead, and implement improvements that directly impact our operations.
- In a ~100-person company, you’ll work directly with the leadership team.
- Good ideas don’t sit for 6 months—improvements happen fast.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting and improving manufacturing processes in the foundry.
- Working closely with production and leadership.
- Identify where process’ are breaking down and solve.
- Applying process control, Lean, and continuous improvement principles.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who is hands-on, organized, and takes pride in their work.
- A mindset focused on learning, improving, and getting things done.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bonus (Nice to Have):
- Mechanical Engineering degree or Technologist diploma (or equivalent experience).
- Lean Manufacturing / 5S exposure.
- Aluminum casting or machining knowledge.
